About this project
What we delivered.
Full electrical package for a new student services hub at SOAS, University of London. The scheme covers angled linear LED runs set into reception and circulation ceilings, suspended ring pendant clusters over the welcome desk and lounge, lighting and power to one to one meeting rooms, wall washers to the timeline graphics wall, feature lighting to the entrance lobby and lift lobby, data and small power throughout, locker and corridor lighting, and emergency lighting.
A building the university can run busy days in, with a lighting scheme that gives the hub its identity and draws students through from the entrance to the services desks.
How we delivered it
WeSpark worked from first fix through to handover alongside the main contractor, setting out the angled linear runs so the geometry lines through from reception into the corridors, coordinating the ring pendant positions with the welcome desk and the ceiling design, and completing testing, certification and the O&M handover for the start of term.
