Our emergency engineers make the installation safe first, then diagnose and repair the fault or isolate it and return with parts. For commercial clients we prioritise getting the business trading again, and we keep records of every emergency visit for your compliance file.
If you smell burning, see scorch marks around sockets or switches, or the supply has failed and the network operator confirms it is not their fault, switch off at the main switch if safe to do so and call us.
