Yes. Most of our commercial work is delivered as a subcontract package for main contractors or directly for clients with a consultant design. We attend site meetings, work to the programme and issue the documentation the project needs.

Can WeSpark design the electrical installation as well as install it?

Yes. We offer design and build for commercial projects, producing lighting layouts, distribution schematics and load calculations, or we can install to a consultant's specification.

WeSpark Ltd is a commercial electrical contractor delivering complete electrical packages across Hertfordshire, Essex and London. We work with main contractors, developers, consultants and end clients to take commercial projects from pre-construction through installation, testing, certification and handover, on schedule and on budget.

A commercial electrical package covers far more than lighting and sockets. It includes distribution boards and sub mains, containment and cable management, small power, general and emergency lighting, fire alarm and data containment, mechanical supplies for air conditioning and ventilation, and the testing and documentation that lets the building open. WeSpark delivers all of it under one contract.

We are used to working to a main contractor programme, attending progress meetings, coordinating with the mechanical, ceiling and fit-out trades and issuing drawings, RAMS and O&M manuals when they are needed. Our project management is hands on, with a named lead on every job and weekly reporting on progress against programme.

Projects delivered include retail store fit-outs with custom feature lighting, restaurant and café fit-outs with commercial kitchen supplies, office refurbishments around live occupation and hospitality venues with layered lighting schemes. Every installation is certified under our NICEIC registration.
