Commercial fit-out
Full electrical packages for CAT A and CAT B fit-outs, delivered alongside main contractors and consultants.
WeSpark delivers the complete electrical package on commercial fit-out projects across Hertfordshire, Essex and London. We work from the consultant's design or produce our own, coordinate with the mechanical and fit-out trades, and take the installation through first fix, second fix, testing, NICEIC certification and O&M handover. Programmes are planned in detail and reported weekly, so the electrical package never becomes the item holding the job back.
Hospitality
Restaurants, cafés, bars and takeaways, from commercial kitchens to feature lighting and front of house.
Hospitality projects combine heavy commercial kitchen power, ventilation interlocks and emergency lighting with the feature lighting and neon that defines the customer experience. WeSpark has delivered restaurant, café, takeaway and ice cream parlour fit-outs where every circuit, from the extract interlock to the illuminated menu boards and self service kiosks, was designed, installed and certified by our own team.
Retail

Retail fit-outs run to fixed opening dates, so the electrical contractor has to be organised. WeSpark has delivered sportswear, footwear and food retail stores with custom hexagonal LED pendants, track lighting systems, linear panels, illuminated signage, EPOS and data, all installed on exposed ceilings to a standard that stands up to close inspection on opening day.

Office projects need even, compliant lighting, well planned small power and data, and supplies for air conditioning and AV that are coordinated before the ceilings go in. WeSpark delivers office fit-outs and refurbishments with LED panels and downlights, meeting room lighting, floor boxes, emergency lighting and full testing, often around live occupation and phased hand backs.
High-end residential
Whole house rewires, smart lighting, feature fittings and outdoor lighting for premium homes and conversions.
For premium homes, extensions, loft conversions and barn or cottage conversions, WeSpark delivers rewires, consumer unit upgrades, layered lighting design, LED stair and floor level lighting, feature chandeliers, smart home wiring, CCTV, EV charging and external lighting. Finishes are chosen with the client and every installation is Part P certified.
Renewables
Solar PV, battery storage, EV charging and air source heat pump electrical connections for homes and commercial sites.
WeSpark installs the electrical side of renewable and low carbon technology: solar PV arrays and inverters, battery storage, EV charge points for homes, fleets and car parks, and the supplies, isolation and controls for air source heat pumps. Each installation is designed around the existing supply and certified to current regulations.
Industrial
