What we delivered.
Full rewire and lighting installation for an apartment in a Marylebone mansion block: new consumer unit and circuits, downlights and feature lighting throughout, marble bathroom and shower room lighting with extract, illuminated mirrors, kitchen under cabinet lighting and appliance supplies, floor boxes to the reception room, a feature chandelier over the stair, external lighting and power to the roof terrace, and full testing and certification.
A period apartment with a modern installation behind the finishes, from the entrance and stair through to the terrace.
How we delivered it
WeSpark worked room by room with the main contractor and the stone and joinery trades, chased and made good as agreed, set the lighting out to the finished surfaces, and handed over an Electrical Installation Certificate with a labelled board.
