WeSpark Ltd carries out full and partial rewires for houses, flats, conversions and commercial properties across Hertfordshire, Essex and London, with every installation tested and certified under NICEIC and Part P.
A rewire replaces ageing cabling, accessories and the consumer unit with a modern installation that is safe, compliant and ready for the way the property is used today: more sockets, more circuits, LED lighting, outdoor power and provision for EV charging or a heat pump.
We plan the work room by room, protect the property throughout, chase and make good as agreed, and hand over a full Electrical Installation Certificate with a labelled consumer unit. On occupied properties we work in phases so power and lighting are kept on wherever possible.

Not usually. We work in phases and keep power and lighting on where possible, although an empty property is quicker and cleaner.
Signs include old rubber or fabric cabling, a fuse box with rewirable fuses, frequent tripping or an unsatisfactory EICR. We can inspect and advise before any work is quoted.
