About this project
What we delivered.
Complete electrical package for a new build house: distribution and circuits throughout, coffered cove lighting to the snug and cinema room, media wall supplies, kitchen island and pendant lighting with appliance supplies, feature lighting to the double height stair and glass balustrade, dressing room and wardrobe lighting, en suite and cloakroom lighting with illuminated mirrors, external and terrace supplies, and full testing and certification.
A new house where the lighting is part of the architecture, from the cove details in the snug to the stair and the terrace.
How we delivered it
WeSpark set out the lighting with the architect's drawings at first fix, coordinated the cove details with the plasterers, installed and commissioned the scheme at second fix, and certified the installation for handover.
